No additional bets will be accepted, and Players are not permitted to alter or touch any bet wagered once the Dealer has announced “no more bets”.

A Pai Gow Poker hand consists of two separate hands a give card hand (high hand) and a two card hand (low hand).

Hands are played and ranked as traditional poker hands, except that A-2-3-4-5 (Bike) is the second highest straight, beaten only by an A-K-Q-J-10 Straight, and the five card hand must be higher than the two card hand.

The Joker may be used as an Ace or to complete a straight, flush or straight flush.

The cards are either manually shuffled or by using an automatic shuffler.

Pai Gow Poker is played with one deck of standard playing cards (52 cards), plus one Joker.

Maximum of six Players may participate.
